Document Description
The proposed project is to drill a new potable well in fractured granitic bedrock to replace an existing nearby well that is part of the Lake Henshaw Resort public water system. The existing well is no longer in use due to exceedances of secondary Maximum Contaminant Levels (MCLs) for iron and manganese. The new well will be drilled deeper to obtain sufficient supply water and meet MCLs.
