Document Description
Tulare Lake Basin Water Storage District (TLBWSD) stored up to 8,000 acre-feet of Cross Valley Water (CV) in TLBWSD State Storage in San Luis Reservoir, under our State Water Supply Contract. TLBWSD previously filed a notice of exemption (2025010764) and executed SWPAO agreement #25003 that allowed delivery of this water under Article 55 and store any water not delivered by 2/28/2026, however the agreement did not specify a deadline for completion of those deliveries. TLBWSD is requesting the water stored in San Luis reservoir under agreement #25003 be conveyed through the California Aqueduct and delivered to TLBWSD by 12/31/2026.
