The proposal would rezone the site from A-4; Agricultural Preserve District to P-1; Planned Unit Development District and subdivide the property into 21 single-family residential lots, one additional residential parcel, three stormwater facility parcels, and an 86-acre parcel to be dedicated as permanent open space. The open space parcel would encompass approximately 83 percent of the site. Five of the proposed homes would incorporate accessory dwelling units (ADUs). The Development Plan request includes architectural review of the proposed residences for consistency with the Town’s Scenic Hillside and Major Ridgeline Development Ordinance.
