The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board is funding the Project referred to internally as Wright Elementary and City of Santa Rosa Water System Consolidation. The Project includes the installation of approximately 150 linear feet of distribution line, disconnecting the existing well at two points and abandonment of the well line, and installation of water meter, backflow prevention device, and valve(s).
