Document Description
The project proposes to rezone two lots, totaling 20 acres, from Agriculture 80-acre (AG-80) to Agricultural Residential 5 (AR-5) and subdivide the properties into four new approximately five-acre lots. Two of the proposed lots would have access from Sherman Lane, and two of the lots would take access from Dillard Road. All future lots will be served by individual groundwater wells and septic systems.
The project is requesting the following entitlements:
1. A Rezone of two lots totaling 20 gross acres to Agricultural Residential 5 (AR-5) from Agricultural 80 (AG-80).
2. A Tentative Parcel Map to divide two lots totaling 20 gross acres into four new lots, each approximately 5 gross acres.
3. A Design Review to determine substantial compliance with the Sacramento County Countywide Design Guidelines (Design Guidelines).
