Document Description
The Sierra Nevada Conservancy (SNC) has amended and augmented grant agreement #1737-RFFCP (RFFCP2022) Tribal Capacity Building Subgrant with the Tuolumne Band of Me-Wuk Indians (Grantee)to allow additional funds to be used for activities associated with assessment and planning for potential future invasive plant species removal along Turnback Creek within the Tuolumne Me-Wuk Indian Reservation. The Grantee will complete assessment and mapping of invasive Himalayan blackberry presence along Turnback creek, survey the area for presence and distribution of native plant species, design a potential approach for addressing the invasive species, and determine and potentially obtain permits needed for invasive species eradication. These planning activities do not involve any ground or resource disturbance.

Further, there is no legally binding effect on later activities.
