Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SLO-54703-R4), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, County of San Luis Obispo Department of Public Works. The Project includes activities related to the construction of a new 175-foot-long by 28-foot-wide permanent bridge across Franklin Creek to replace a temporary bridge that was installed during emergency work in 2023. Additional activities include temporary flow diversion, stream channel grading, placement of rock slope protection, removal of a temporary haul road, filling of a culvert, and placement of boulders in the stream.
