The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is funding the Project referred to internally as Return Activated Sludge Pump Station Replacement Project. The Project involves the replacement and rehabilitation of several aging facilities on the South Tahoe Public Utility District’s existing wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). The Project components include: 1. Building a new centralized return activated sludge/waste activated sludge pump Station building of approximately 1,800 square feet within the existing WWTP facility, 2. Seismically retrofitting and upgrading the existing sludge pump station building, and 3. Rehabilitating three hydraulic structures. PROJECT NUMBER: C-06-8849-110
