Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SBR-61228-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the Project Applicant, Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores, Inc. The Project involves the construction of a 12,200-square-foot travel stop with a convenience store and fast-food restaurant, 23 fueling pumps locations, 51 parking spots, 111 overnight parking spots for trucks and recreational vehicles (RVs), RV dumping station, a dog park, and bioretention basins. Additionally, the Project will construct a mobile home park containing eight units with garages, visitor parking, shade structures, retention basins, and perimeter fencing to house employees.
