The project was approved on October 21, 2025 by the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors, including General Plan Amendment redesignating a 7.9-acre portion of the 23.9- acre property to Residential designation, Rezoning of a 7.9-acre portion of the 23.9-acre property to Planned Unit (P-1) district, a Major subdivision resulting in 13 new residential lots and 5 additional parcels for open space, landscaping and/or roadway purposes, and a Development Plan for the construction of a new single-family residence on each of the 13 resultant residential lots. The project also included General Plan Amendment redesignating the 16-acre portion of the lands outside of the proposed residential development area to a Resource Conservation (RC) designation.
