Document Description
This project is an Administrative Use Permit to expand an existing marina and associated uses on Acker Island in two phases over five years. The site previously operated as a restaurant with music and entertainment before ceasing operations in 2009. In 2022, a fire on the island destroyed the existing structures. This project includes the reconstruction of these structures in addition to construction of new structures for a total of 8,050 square feet at full build out. (Use Types: Marina, Recreation Facility-Resort).
