The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SBR-60661-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Canaday Company / Luna LLC. The project consists of the construction of 53 residential homes, perimeter fencing, channel construction, storm drainage features, and associated roadway improvements on approximately 19.08 acres of undeveloped land.
