Document Description
The San Diego Water Board issued a Clean Water Act section 401 water quality certification (Certification No. R9-2026-0059) to the Project Applicant to rehabilitate and enhance various assets on SR-78 including pavement rehabilitation, culvert rehabilitation, complete streets and mobility elements, and safety and roadside element improvements. Several culverts will be replaced, and headwalls, flared end sections, and rock slope protection will be installed at certain inlets/outlets.
