Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. LAK-49958-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of
the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Roy Brandon Disney.
The Project consists of the subdivision of the current 6.07-acre lot into four separate parcels, the
construction of a two-story, 4,778-square-foot rental office and boat storage building, a 12-space
parking lot, two concrete pads and two floating docks. A total of 11 pylons, 8 or 10 -inches in
diameter, will be driven to support the docks and secured with a series of 17 anchors (weighing
approximately 300lbs). The customer dock will be accessed via a 75-foot pier (supported by five
10-inch pilings) with a 25-foot gangway that attaches to the floating dock. The fuel dock will be
accessed by a 15-foot ramp to a 30-foot pier (supported by five 8-inch pilings and one 10-inch
pilings) with a 35-foot gangway attached to the floating fueling dock.
