Document Description
The components of the Project, to be funded by the State Water Resources Control Board, include consolidating the Robin Way Water System, Troy Breeze Water System, Bellevue Avenue Apartments, Eddy Drive Water System, and 72 residential units into the City of Santa Rosa’s (City) water system. The Project will annex 29 parcels as part of the water system consolidation and five additional parcels solely for boundary alignment. The Project construction include installing approximately 1,380 new linear feet of eight-inch polyvinyl chloride (PVC) water mains along Barbara Drive, Robin Way, and Eddy Drive to loop to the existing City water main; extension of two-inch PVC service laterals from the existing and proposed water mains to new meters at each parcel; connections from meters to existing building water distribution systems on each parcel; irrigation laterals and meters at each parcel; six fire hydrants; and demolition of existing water facilities.
