Document Description
The Turlock Irrigation District (TID) and Modesto Irrigation District (MID) own and operate the Don Pedro Hydroelectric Project (Don Pedro Project), and TID operates and maintains hydropower facilities at the La Grange Diversion Dam (La Grange Project), which are located on the Tuolumne River in Tuolumne and Stanislaus counties, California. TID and MID propose to renew the existing FERC license for hydropower facilities associated with the Don Pedro Project and to obtain an original FERC license for hydropower facilities related to the La Grange Project. The Proposed Project consists of acceptance and implementation of the new FERC licenses and continued operation and maintenance of the Don Pedro Project and La Grange Project pursuant to the terms and conditions contained in the new licenses.
