Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed and issued Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-RIV-54902-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, City of Banning. The Project is limited to the construction of an arterial highway parallel to existing Westward Avenue, an east-west unpaved dirt road between Highland Home Road and Sunset Avenue. The Project will also adjust and relocate various utilities to grade. The Project area crosses over three creeks, Highland Wash, Smith Creek, and Pershing Creek, where three culverts (i.e., Proposed Lines J, I, and K) will be constructed under the proposed Sun Lakes Boulevard roadway extension.
