Document Description
The California Department of Parks and Recreation (State Parks) is a Responsible Agency for this project under CEQA. This project is set to receive financial assistance from the National Park Service’s Land and Water Conservation Fund Program, and State Parks administers the LWCF funds to approved projects. The Project will construct the new 1 acre 10th and Flower Street Park. Construct a new playground with shade, exercise area with shade, walking path, skatepark with lighting, half basketball court with lighting, picnic area, gathering area, fencing, with landscaping and lighting throughout the park.
