Document Description
Notice of Determination in compliance with Section 21108 or 21152 of the Public Resources Code. The modified project includes minor refinements to equipment locations, building configurations, and phasing. The return activated sludge pump station has been relocated and existing blower building space will be repurposed for additional equipment. Phase 1 may now include a third aeration basin with hydrocyclones, demolition of an existing basin, and removal of the trickling filters and their odor control facilities. It also replaces gravity belt thickeners with rotary drum thickeners an auxiliary fuel tank.
