The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is funding the Project referred to internally as Hidden Beaches Water System Treatment, Filtration, and Storage Project. The Project includes installing a package water treatment system to reduce manganese levels in the source water; replacing the existing 355,000-gallon storage tank with a 355,000-gallon bolted steel tank; installing a new 450 gallons per minute well; and upgrading an existing modular office building by adding a restroom and an American with Disabilities Act-compliant entry ramp.
