Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-MER-64906-R4), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Turner Island Water District. The Project includes activities related to the construction and operation of a new pre-cast reinforced concrete turnout structure and outlet structure, and the replacement of two existing weirs within Mariposa Slough to support future groundwater recharge, by diverting water to a proposed adjacent groundwater recharge basin.
