Document Description
The project will: remove the existing Sunset Weir from the Feather River to restore unimpeded fish migration and upstream access, install five fish screens at the Sunset Pumps intake to meet modern fish protection standards, construct a new wet well and replace outdated water diversion infrastructure at the pump station, fill downstream scour pool and cap with spawning grade gravel to create suitable spawning substrate, and stabilize the left bank with vegetated rock slope protection.
