To authorize an existing 30-inch reinforced concrete trunk sewer crossing under Duck Creek as shown in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer's project as-built drawings from "Duck Creek San Joaquin County Project Modification from French Camp Slough to 1/2 Mile Upstream from Escalon-Bellota Road" dated October 18, 1962 (File No. 7-4-1705). The pipe crosses approximately eight feet below the low elevation of Duck Creek.

No expansion of existing or former use will occur. Further, none of the exceptions to the exemption in CEQA California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Section 15300.2 apply.
