The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-CCA-49117-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, City of Walnut Creek. The project consists of the following four components: 1) demolition of the existing Heather Farm Community Center and Clarke Aquatic Center and construction of a new Aquatic/Community Center; 2) modification to the Concrete Pond; 3) parking and other site improvements; and 4) expansion of the Nature Lake.
