Document Description
On March 18, 2019, the City adopted the Sunset Strip Off-Site Signage Policy IS/ND and filed an NOD for that decision. On November 3, 2025, the City determined that an addendum to the adopted IS/ND appropriately addresses modifications to the adopted policy and to the previously analyzed off-site signage development scenario. Modifications to the policy involve clarifying and strengthening the policy's light and glare requirements for billboards. Modifications to the off-site signage development scenario involve expanding the number of anticipated billboard projects for the Sunset Strip.
