Document Description
Beginning August 1, 2029, to July 31, 2035, a temporary construction easement (TCE) shall be used for beach monitoring and adaptive management purposes. The purposes include access for habitat monitoring, surveying and biological assessments (bird counts etc.). Adaptive management actions occurring within the TCE Area may include weed removal, repairs to drift sills, and modifications to the borrow area to facilitate fish movement.
