Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS- FRE-55366-R4), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the Project Applicant, Fresno Irrigation District, represented by Laurence Kimura. Project activities will include the construction of a riprap area on the south bank of Big Dry Creek for a new water diversion facility (turnout) to divert water from the Friant-Kern Canal into Big Dry Creek for purposes of groundwater recharge. This Agreement only authorizes the construction of the riprap channel and the diversion of water; no other parts of the construction of the new turnout structure are authorized by this Agreement
