Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number No. COL-52026-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Mitra Emami, Department of Water Resources. The project consists of maintenance repairs and improvements to address structural and operational degradation of the existing structure, as well as project site improvements. Maintenance repairs and improvements will include the installation of supplemental outlet headwall support, replacing the existing inlet catwalk, repairing the inlet slides gates, and installing water flow/condition monitoring equipment.
