The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SBR-56924-R6), pursuant to Fish and
Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, BMT Solar, LLC.
The project is limited to the construction of a 3.0 Megawatt (MW) community solar
photovoltaic array utilizing 7,000 photovoltaic solar module panes and 12, 250-kilowatt (kW) inverters on approximately 23 acres of land APN 0466-11-25-09 located north of National Trails Highway.
