Document Description
The Board previously certified the Mill Valley Middle School Reconstruction Project EIR on December 15, 2025 and a Notice of Determination for that action was filed on December 16, 2025. (SCH Number 2024060669.) In furtherance of that approved project, on May 14, 2026, the Mill Valley School District approved Resolution No. 18-25/26 exempting the Mill Valley School Renovation Project from local zoning and use ordinances pursuant to Government Code section 53094. This approval is consistent with the previously certified EIR and the EIR Addendum also approved on May 14, 2026.
