Document Description
Approval of EIR Alternative 5 (Agenda Item J.1) - the rehabilitation of the existing Mill Valley Middle School buildings - both the Main Building (92,000 SF) and the Multi-Purpose/Gymnasium Building (15,200 SF) - addressing exterior and interior finish materials as well as infrastructure improvements. A sub-slab de-pressurization system would be installed below the existing building. In addition, a 4,000 sq. ft. STEM building is proposed. The project includes an interim campus in the project site. The actions also include authorizing the reservation portable classrooms and increasing environmental consultant budget (Agenda Items J.2 and J.3).
