Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed an amendment to the Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-57271-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, California Department of Transportation, as represented by Sean Shaw. This amendment includes changes in scope of work for multiple culvert work locations, including but not limited to, the replacement and/or installation of drainage inlets, rock slope placement, flared end sections, and culverts; addition of a work period modification measure; and update to the project plans. Temporary impacts to bed, bank, and channel habitat will be increased from 0.15 acres to 0.154 acres.
