Document Description
Approval of an Addendum to the FKC Pump-Back Project Final EIR (certified by FWA in March 2025). The Final EIR evaluated the recirculation of recaptured Restoration Flows released from Millerton Lake for the San Joaquin River Restoration Program and other waters obtained by Friant Division Contractors to increase operational flexibility and long-term reliability of the water supplies conveyed through the FKC. This Addendum evaluates refinements made to some of the construction details associated with the Seasonal Alternative -approved as the project to be implemented by FWA -and confirms and substantiates the finding that the refinements will not result in any new or more severe environmental effects beyond than those previously identified and addressed in the Final EIR.
