The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SAC-66489-R2, pursuant to
Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Natomas Mutual Water
Company.
The project is limited to the conversion of approximately 2.56 miles of open irrigation canals and
laterals in the Elkhorn service area to buried pipelines and the construction of a booster pump
station.
