An Ordinance Rezoning Parcels in the McKinleyville Town Center from Community Commercial (C-2) with Combining Zones for Noise, Wetlands, and Airport Safety and Residential Multi-Family (R-3) with Combining Zones for a Q Zone for Housing, Noise, Wetlands and Design Review to a Mixed-Use Zoning Designation with a Q-Zone Overlay Expressing Development Criteria and Permitted Uses in the Town Center. The New Q Zone will Create a Town Center Ordinance to Support a Mix of Commercial, Civic, And Residential Uses While Emphasizing Bicycle and Pedestrian Connectivity, Public Gathering Spaces, Open Space, and Wetland Preservation. The Q-Zone Includes Form-Based Building Design Standards.
