The project will expand upon the previous authorization to include dock repair implementation at the Noyo Center’s Marine Field Station located at Noyo Harbor in Fort Bragg, Mendocino County. The previous authorization includes conducting studies and preparing conceptual designs for sea level rise adaptation of the Field Station and associated infrastructure, preparing 60% designs for retrofitting the Field Station, and implementing aquaculture programs to restore the nearshore kelp forest ecosystem.
