Document Description
NOD for Site Plan Review (SPR25-019) for the site clearance and construction of the Skylinks Regional Stormwater Capture Project located within the northeast portion of the Skylinks Golf Course in the City of Long Beach. The project serves to address stormwater quality for both the Los Cerritos Channel Watershed and Alamitos Bay Watershed Management Area. The project will treat both dry- and wet-weather runoff by diverting flows from Los Cerritos Channel into a subsurface infiltration basin with a capacity of six acre feet. A portion of these flows will be pumped to a 200,000-gallon vegetative pond where it will be treated through a filter system before returning to the channel. The Project will also incorporate walking trails, benches, native vegetation, and interpretive signage in the project area.
