Document Description
A request for a two-year extension of time for Site Development Review No. 23-008, Tentative Parcel Map 38450 (MAP No. 23-009), and Variance No. 23-002 for Palm Villas at State to create two parcels and three lettered parcels from six parcels and lot line adjustment dedication to the County of Riverside to resolve building encroachment over an existing lot line.
