The first amendment to HDP 23-074 is for removal of the shade canopy structure on Pier T via crane barge from the wharf to a 400-foot x 100-foot deck barge. The barge will be connected to the existing main service in the southwest corner of the yard using rated cable and locking plugs. No additional utility or structural work is required.
