Document Description
This proposed Project involves the construction of two industrial buildings divided into 16 individual units on approximately 6 acres. The Project will include storm drains, a driveway, project frontage improvements, landscaping, and water and sewer utilities. The Project will be developed in one phase.
The Project will result in incidental take of 75 western Joshua trees (Yucca brevifolia) which are protected under the WJTCA and the California Endangered Species Act. The WJTCA ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of western Joshua tree that may occur as a result of Project implementation.
