Document Description
The Municipal Service Review (MSR) is in response to a request from the City of Reedley to expand the Sphere of Influence (SOI) to include 42.52 acres. The MSR assessed 15 items related to service provisions and consists of review and adoption of MSRs and SOI updates prepared in accordance with Govt. Code sec. 56425 & 56430. The SOI will allow for annexation and light industrial development of said acreage.
