The Transportation Agency for Monterey County has developed the 2050 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) for Monterey County with is incorporated into the 2050 Metropolitan Transportation Plan / Sustainable Communications Strategy (MTP/SCS). The 2050 RTP will guide the development of transportation projects and programs throughout Monterey County. The 2050 MTP/SCS EIR serves as the EIR for the 2050 MTP/SCS and for the 2050 RTP for Monterey County.
