Document Description
The Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission has developed the 2050 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) for Santa Cruz County which is incorporated into the 2050 Metropolitan Transportation Plan/Sustainable Communities Strategy (MTP/SCS). The 2050 RTP will guide the development of transportation projects and programs throughout Santa Cruz County. The 2050 MTP/SCS EIR serves as the EIR for the 2050 MTP/SCS and for the 2050 RTP for Santa Cruz County.
