Document Description
On February 10, 2025, the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation filed petitions to change its water right Permits 12721, 11967, 12722, 12723, 11315, 11316, 11968, 11969, 12860, 11971, 11973, and 12364 with the State Water Resources Control Board. Reclamation has requested to add four points of rediversion to its permits to deliver up to 8,000 acre-feet per year of previously stored Central Valley Project water to Los Banos Creek Detention Dam and redivert the water at three points downstream on Los Banos Creek.
