Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number ELD-59183-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, California Department of Transportation, as represented by Najed Dakak.
The project is limited to the in-kind reinforced concrete pipe culvert replacement at PM 78.35 and cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining of the existing culverts at PM 78.29 and PM 78.55. No riparian vegetation will be removed or trimmed. Dewatering and temporary clear water diversions will be required at all locations prior to any in channel work if there is flowing or standing water present.
