Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed an amendment to the Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SAC-49817-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, California Department of Transportation, as represented by Katlin Ly-Lee.
The amendment increases project impacts by permanently removing an additional 0.02 acres of riparian habitat. A valley oak tree measured 12-inch diameter at breast height will be removed. Compensatory mitigation will be increased from 0.52 acres to 0.60 acres of created or restored riparian habitat. Project applicant will also be updated.
