The Project includes the development of a terminal facility comprised of one (1) 172,445 square foot (sf) truck terminal building, with 280 loading bays and 5,890 sf of office space, one (1) 18,700 sf maintenance shop, with eight (8) bays and 890 sf of office space, and associated paving, landscaping, lighting, fencing, and drainage improvements. The Project would include 679 trailer parking stalls, 100 tractor parking stalls, and 149 passenger vehicle stalls.
The project site consists of previously disturbed land on one (1) approximately 45.7-acre parcel (APN: 0258-141-18).
