Document Description
This Addendum described modifications to the concept and design of project components that have occurred during evolution of the design process as compared to what was identified and evaluated in the adopted Final IS-MND for the Heritage Ranch Water Resource Recovery Facility Project. The Modified Project consists of utilizing packaged membrane bioreactor wastewater treatment plant technology and removing the effluent pipeline replacement and spray field improvements from the design. The proposed area of impact at the existing HRCSD wastewater treatment plant property would increase by approximately 1.3 acres to a total of 6.8 acres. The purpose of the project remains the same - bringing the existing system into compliance with water quality standards and providing capacity to serve existing and planned growth.
