Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number LAK-60263-R2, pursuant to
Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Danco Communities.
The project is limited to construction of an emergency vehicle access (EVA) bridge across
Forbes Creek, and a 12-foot-wide gravel access road connecting Wrigley Street and Craig Ave
with removable bollards. The bridge will be 12 feet wide and will span the channel of Forbes
Creek at a minimum of 5 feet beyond the top of the creek bank (approximately 45 feet). A total
of 2,000 square feet (sq ft) of riparian habitat will be disturbed by grading activities for the
access road and construction of the bridge and abutment.
