The South Oxnard Aquatics Center project would include construction of a 57,233 square foot outdoor pool area that would be operated 50 weeks out of the year, seven days per week. The project would have four pools, one slide, a one-story “L” shaped building, a 103-stall parking lot, and ancillary facilities. The proposed project includes construction of a natural gas line that would connect the southwest corner of the proposed aquatics center to an existing SoCalGas line in South Rose Avenue.
